Account deletion

This page is about accounts of TGGET: Niche Research, the apps for Android and iOS and the website tgget.io, run by TextAdviser DOO Beograd. HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT In the app: 1. Open the Account tab. 2. Tap "Delete account". 3. Enter your password and confirm. On the website: 1. Sign in at tgget.io. 2. Open Settings. 3. Find "Delete account" at the bottom of the page, enter your password and confirm. If you cannot sign in: write to admin@tgget.com from the email address of the account and ask to delete it. We answer and delete the account within 30 days. The account is deleted at once and cannot be restored. Before deleting you can download your data in Settings on the website. DELETING PART OF YOUR DATA You can delete data and keep the account, in the app or on the website. One research with its report: open it and choose "Delete". The whole research history: "Clear history" above the list. A page in the public niche catalog: "Hide from the catalog" in the research. A followed niche: "Stop following". Anything else: write to admin@tgget.com from the email address of the account and say what to delete. We do it within 30 days. WHAT IS DELETED WITH THE ACCOUNT Your name, email and password hash, links to the sign-in providers you used, settings, sessions and signed-in devices, your researches and reports together with their pages in the public niche catalog, followed niches and their digests, support requests, notifications, your plan and the researches you bought. WHAT IS KEPT Backups: deleted data may remain in a backup for up to 30 days, until the backup expires. Usage records: counts of researches that were run stay without any link to the account. Usage statistics of the apps and the website: past visits keep the number of the deleted account, which no longer leads to a person. Purchase notices received from the app stores: transaction identifiers without your name or email stay for accounting. Measurements of search phrases: numbers about a phrase are not personal data and stay. SUBSCRIPTIONS Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought in an app store. Cancel it in Google Play or in the App Store first, otherwise the store keeps charging.
