Personal data

We store your name, email, password hash, language, time zone, notification preferences, terms acceptance date, research and notifications. Session records include IP and browser information for sign-in security. Plain-text passwords are not stored. To measure demand and competition we pass the search phrase and the chosen market to third-party data providers: search engine advertising statistics, search results, app stores and public community sites. The phrase travels alone, without your name, email or any account details. Do not include other people’s personal data or secrets in research. Email is sent through the configured mail provider. Profiles and research remain until account deletion. You can download your data and delete your account in settings. Failed-job records are cleaned up after 7 days. Daily backups are retained for up to 30 days; deleted data may remain in a backup until it expires. Technical logs are used to investigate errors and protect the service. Payments. Paid plans are paid through a licensed payment provider named at the checkout: your payment details and billing address are collected and stored by the provider under its own privacy policy. We receive your email, country, the plan bought, subscription status and transaction identifiers; we never see or store card numbers. Public catalog. If your plan lists researches in the public niche catalog, the phrase, the measured numbers and the report of a research are public; your name, email and the text of the description you typed are not. Visits are measured with our own analytics running on our server: page addresses, browser and device data and an approximate location from the IP address stay with us and are not shared with third parties. The mobile apps report which screens are opened and which actions are taken together with the number of your account, so that visits from several devices count as one person; what you type is never reported.
