Refunds

Subscriptions and research packs on tgget.io are paid through a licensed payment provider named at the checkout. You may request a full refund of a subscription payment or a research pack within 14 days of the charge if you have not used more than three researches from it in that time; requests within 14 days that meet this condition are honoured without questions. Later requests and requests after heavier use are reviewed case by case, for example when the service was unavailable or a research failed through our fault. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period and the remaining time is not refunded on its own. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Plans and packs bought in the mobile apps are paid through Google Play or the App Store. Such a purchase is refunded by the store under its own rules: ask for it in the order history of Google Play or on the purchase page of your Apple account. A subscription bought in an app is cancelled in the store as well. To request a refund, write to support from your account or to the email on the contact page and name the account email and the payment date.
