How we protect your account and data. The site works only over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, so nobody at TGGET can read them. Payments are handled by a licensed payment provider: card details never reach our servers. Your researches are visible only to you unless you publish them in the catalog or share a link. Servers are backed up daily and access to them is restricted to the team. What depends on you. Use a password you do not use anywhere else, at least 8 characters. Confirm your email: recovery and important notices go there. Treat password reset links and API tokens as keys to your account and never share them. If you sign in on a shared device, close the session afterwards in settings. If something looks wrong. In settings you can change the password, confirm a new email and close every other session; these actions also revoke API tokens and remembered sign-ins, so a lost device or a leaked token stops working right away. If you notice a suspicious sign-in, a page that shows someone else's data or any other security problem, write to support from your account or to the email on the contact page. We answer security reports first and tell you what we found.
